In this class format we will focus on our breath - we will practice pranayama. This is the right place for you if you are just starting out with yoga and want to train your body awareness. Meditation also has its place in the Calm Class.
So this is the ideal class for all beginners or those who want to practise yoga in a particularly gentle way.
