In the Personal Memoriams series, each evening is dedicated to a deceased documentary film personality - curated and moderated by a person with close professional or personal ties to them. On this evening, the focus is on filmmaker Frederick Wiseman and his film CENTRAL PARK will be shown. Hannes Brühwiler will give an introduction.

Film description: While New Yorkers relax in the sun, sirens sound in the distance. Alternating between administrative meetings of the park administration and scenes of everyday use, the film paints a multi-layered portrait of possibly the most famous green space in the world: Central Park. D.B.
