JD POWER TRIO
Gentlemen of grunge. Metal meets elite: the Munich-based JD POWER TRI O delivers musical slaps in chic suits - a musical craft business away from the products of large corporations. JD and his POWER TRIO are no newcomers and already have two professionally recorded studio albums to their name. After an excursion into the world of Americana and a series of quirky unplugged cover songs, which garnered over 25,000 views on YouTube, the gentlemen have returned to the dark and loud side of guitar music.
Guitar-driven rock/metal, loosened up by melodic vocals and cleverly presented - these are the trademarks of the energetic trio. At the center of the project is the Munich singer, guitarist and academic JD - Jakub Dwornicki - a German-Polish artist who is convinced that hard guitar music is socially acceptable. Together with Bonifaz Prexl (drums) and Julian Raab (bass), they offer "Uneasy Listening" in elegant furs as the JD POWER TRIO. The hard riffs are uplifting and the lyrics encourage self-reflection and preach individuality.
JD POWER TRIO attach great importance to professionalism and a well-groomed appearance. However, the official attire does not mean that the band stands at attention live. On the contrary, the Munich local press describes JD as "tireless headbangers", because it goes without saying that the overall musical package is delivered in a charismatic live performance. CRACKPOT CHICKEN FROM HELL are five musicians from Munich in an honest rock line-up: drums, bass, guitars & vox.
Riboo, Dängel, Chriii, Kai & Erik - five guys who have all been making music for over 20 years and have played in various bands - have been on the road in a new formation for almost two years - to the peak of rocking out. What does that sound like? Nice and dirty! Stoner-Metal-Laidback-Speed-Punk would be too complicated - therefore simply: FUCKROCK!
Drums like hellhounds, basslines like stalagmites, guitars like circular saws and vocals like chicken claws. It's FUCKROCK.
