They don't want to be service providers for typical party events and only play what they themselves feel like playing. That's why you'll always find songs from outside the mainstream on their set list, which, together with well-known classics, result in a special mix that really puts you in a good mood! The fact that the band, which consists mainly of amateur musicians, sometimes misses a note is a minor matter! The fun is clearly in the foreground here and that comes across!
The unusual band name was inspired by the legendary school band at Cato-Bontjes von Beek Gymnasium in the mid to late 80s, "The incredible Herman Revival Band", where Gerrit, Andy and Jens began their musical careers.
When drummer and Achim handball legend Mattse Brandt, who was already in the audience at the first gig, takes to the mic as a highlight of the evening, the room boils!
Lawyer and notary Basti Trotzki completes the band as the only "new Achimer". When he's hot on the mic, you'd rather have him on your side in the courtroom!
