Christian Löffler brings a unique blend of electronic music to ZMF in July, seamlessly combining ambient, techno and house elements.

Born in 1985 in Greifswald, Löffler grew up in a picturesque environment on the Baltic Sea, which had a lasting influence on his musical aesthetics. His compositions often reflect a deep connection to nature and his surroundings, creating vivid, haunting soundscapes. His musical journey began at a young age with guitar and drums. But it was when he discovered electronic music that he found his true voice. His unmistakable style quickly became a talking point and his first releases appeared in the early 2010s.

His new album "Until We Meet Again" is about fleeting encounters, lingering emotions and the invisible connections between people. Originally put down on paper as piano sketches, the pieces unfold into soulful compositions with vintage Japanese synthesizers and the vocals of Swedish singer Adna.

In addition to his studio albums, Löffler is best known for his captivating live performances. At renowned festivals and international venues, he creates immersive musical experiences that impress with their emotional depth and intense connection to the audience.
