Claudia Pichler stands for modern Bavarian cabaret, charming dialect and absurd wit. In her third solo program, the Munich native with the cheeky goschn and fresh spirit devotes herself to her favourite time of day: the end of the day.

Political greed, envious neighbors, the big questions of love in times of online dating and the small worries of the salmonelle in a disinfected world - Claudia fearlessly and always self-deprecatingly confronts the issues of our time. A time in which the importance of religion is declining and the search for meaning is blossoming and usually ends with a happiness coach. Everything has to be optimized, the morning routine as well as the inner child.

In the maze of modern beliefs, Claudia Pichler's witty stories and subtle songs show the beauty of aimless pondering, wandering and failure and give her audience a relaxed evening.

Bio

Claudia Pichler was born in Munich in 1985, studied literature and received her doctorate with a thesis on Gerhard Polt. She is a regular guest on BR (e.g. Grünwald Freitagscomedy, Schlachthof, Vereinsheim). In 2023 she was awarded the Bavarian Dialect Prize and named Munich Tower Writer. In 2024 she received the Burgenland Cabaret Prize.
