For over five decades, the Climax Blues Band has been one of the UK's most respected and enduring live bands, fusing blues, soul, funk and rock into a sound that has gone around the world.

Their international breakthrough came with the worldwide hit 'Couldn't Get It Right', which reached number 3 in the US Billboard charts and became the band's defining moment on the world stage. In 2026, the Climax Blues Band celebrates the 50th anniversary of this groundbreaking single.

Following the death of founder and frontman Colin Cooper, the band continues with his blessing and the support of his family. The current lineup is made up of longtime members, including keyboardist George Glover, who has been part of Climax history since 1981.

Today, the Climax Blues Band tours with their classic repertoire and powerful new material that stands confidently alongside it.

The band is currently finalizing their new studio album "Evolution", due for release in 2026, and will be performing new songs in their live set alongside the timeless hits that fans know and love.

In April 2026, the Climax Blues Band will return to Europe with shows in Germany, Belgium and Switzerland to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Couldn't Get It Right and open the next chapter in their story.
