Heike is a live duo from Wuppertal from the surroundings of the former Mauke Club. Their sets are completely improvised and without backing tracks. Musically, they move between house, acid, deep house and dub. Using analog machines, sequencers and synthesizers, they bring the lively sound of their studio directly to the dancefloor.
With MPC, Polyend Play, Bass Station, 303 and PolySynths, Heike creates an organic, powerful live sound that oscillates between clubby grooves and hypnotic dub textures. The focus is on improvisation and real-time production - inspired by Chicago House, UK House, Dub Techno and DIY club culture.

Harez has his musical roots in the minimal techno of the 90s with a preference for atmospheric and profound sounds. These are often reflected in a selection between ambient, dub techno and prog.
DJ Mann is an ambient connoisseur and part of About Repetition in Düsseldorf. Coming from a trance background, he has a soft spot for the dreamy and mystical and the sounds of the nineties, which he always places in a contemporary context in his sets.
Harez and Dj Mann share a deep musical connection. They share an admiration for minimalist and hypnotic sounds, old and new. They will be playing b2b together for the first time this evening.
