Coco Dièze

With its original, acoustic line-up, Coco Dìeze differs from most other jazz formations. The music is inspired by gypsy jazz (French: jazz manouche), which originated in France, but has an even wider stylistic range. In addition to gypsy and swing, the repertoire also includes bossa nova tunes, ballads and musette waltzes. Mariame Chakly can present the French flair particularly well because she has been completely familiar with the French language and culture from Morocco since her childhood.

The members of the band inspire each other with their improvisations, creating their own unique interpretations of well-known jazz tunes. Whether you want to listen with interest or simply enjoy the different moods of the pieces - this music and the band members' joy of playing spread an irresistible good mood!
