Can you learn comedy? Sure, at least we'll help you take your first steps!

If you've always wanted to perform on a stand-up stage but have never dared to try it out... then this workshop is the right place for you!

In a protected environment, you will be given the tools for your first stand-up text.

What do you need? All you really need is an interest in comedy (including initial ideas for jokes, but not essential)! So no previous experience necessary ;-) Together we will look at the structure of jokes, try out strategies for finding punchlines and work individually on your personal jokes. Above all, however, we want to empower you to go on stage with your material, regardless of whether you are quiet, loud, weird or "normal"!

Special feature: I will also accompany you beyond the actual workshop with feedback on your texts if you wish.

Who is actually leading the workshop? I am Janka Partisanka, I have been doing stand-up comedy in German, Russian and English for more than 6 years. As the founder and organizer of Provinz Comedy (Thuringia's 1st open mic for stand-up comedy), I regularly run stand-up comedy courses at schools, universities, festivals etc., whereby the promotion of females and (F)LINTA* people is particularly important to me. Together with you, I would like to make the Central German comedy scene even more diverse!

Group size: maximum 8 people

Full ticket price: 100 euros (incl. fees), 70 euros reduced.

What does reduced mean? - Students, pupils, the unemployed, people on low incomes, single parents, pensioners, etc...

If the 70 euros are too much for you, just write to us! We'll find a solution!
