Dear ones,

We are Stark ins Neue, a network that brings together, strengthens and makes visible trainers, coaches and mentors of personal development and together brings future skills to schools and families - we have a mission: to teach adults a new, conscious way of dealing with children so that we can grow together as a society peacefully, happily and contentedly!

From October 24 to 26, we invite all those who strengthen children or want to do so to a fine location in Nuremberg to experience Future Skills live, which promote the joy of learning, self-confidence, communication and leadership with empathy and presence, and to write the future together - your future, how you want to live as a person, as a mentor and child strengthener - and what it takes as a community to do so.

We invite you to join us live - because we can strengthen, change and support each other live.

From 24 to 26.10.2025 we will:

☑️ immerse ourselves in the 4 Future Skills Growth Mindset, Self-Awareness, New Communication and Leadership with Empathy & Presence and do exercises, games and lots of discussions to go with it

As a participant, you will get more clarity for the skills and how they are taught to children, why they are important and how they work in everyday life and in mentoring.

☑️ we go into exchange, self-awareness, reflection and true communication with each other in order to experience community on a deep level, to express ourselves and to be seen in the process

☑️ we will paint a picture together of the future we want - how we want to live, how we can support children and schools and what is needed from us individually and as a community to achieve this

☑️ We will dance, move, meditate and take breaks to bring joy, lightness, strength, orientation and calm into our system - so that each of us learns how to bring these skills into our system (school, family, work).

The three days will be led by Julia Keltsch, Starkmacher and energy coach and former teacher and Margarete Wolf, founder of Stark ins Neue and coach.

Julia brings in elements from her (energy) work with Fogo Sagrado and helps people to do their own inner work with love and laughter through deep experience.
Margarete takes the participants on vision journeys to big projects and breaks them down into small, feasible and motivating steps - so that in the end everyone has a vision picture for themselves that is meaningful and powerful!

It will be an event for Starkmacher mentors and those who are interested in the Future Skills from the Starkmacher course www.starkinsneue.de/starkmacher, who want to experience personal development and community up close - and who would like to get in touch with us, Stark ins Neues.

Schedule:

We start on Friday at 3 pm, meet all day Saturday and finish Sunday together at 4 pm so that you can get home comfortably. The time will be intense but with breaks for self-catering and eating together!
At the end you will have laughed and cried, marveled and made mistakes, felt insecure and then great.
You have lived!
Location near Nuremberg main station!

Please note:

- bring your own food for the day
- we plan to have dinner together on a self-pay basis
- bring comfortable, warm clothes, preferably a cushion to sit on
- something to "write on your lap"
- something to make that we will communicate later

We look forward to spending three strengthening, connecting days with you, which will give you new tools but above all joy for your work as a child strengthener and healer of your own stories.
