he up-and-coming British troubadour Connor Selby presents his new album "The Truth Comes Out Eventually" and is coming to Dortmund for an exclusive show in Germany on 08.11.2025 to mark the release.

"The truth comes out eventually" - that the truth always comes out eventually is a credo we should strive to live by. Truth is naturally intertwined with authenticity, a word that is underestimated in the fast-paced world of today's throwaway society. Authenticity and truth - these two words have always been at the heart of British troubadour Connor Selby's music:
Selby's voice reflects these authentic voices that have permeated the mainstream in recent years, as they draw on their roots and stand out because they don't sound like everyone else. This gives his music emotional integrity - he delves deep into his soul and his inner self. Nevertheless, it was also difficult for the British artist to put these emotions into words, so his music has become his way of emotional communication.

The multi-award-winning musician has already worked with artists such as Mark Knopfler and shared the stage as support with The Who and Beth Hart. As little as this impresses the artist, it quickly becomes clear that the stage is where he belongs. For Selby otherwise stands almost alone in the world of contemporary music, outside the boundaries of the genres he touches - no one makes as much music as he does; no one sounds the way he does. But with each release, we get to know Selby a little better.

On his new long player, he explores all facets of his musicality: Is he a big band leader? A fiery guitar hero? Or a tender folk troubadour? In truth, he is all that and more.
