You are invited to a special afternoon that connects body, heart and soul: Together, we will immerse ourselves in the powerful world of connected breath(Conscious Connected Breathwork) and open the space with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Cacao was already considered a sacred plant by the Maya and Aztecs and was used ritually. It opens the space for intuition, connection and deep inner processes. The powerful combination of breath and raw cacao helps you to feel deeper into yourself, release emotional blockages, connect with your inner wisdom and let go of stress and tension.

What to expect:
Attunement with ceremonial cocoa and meditation
Guided breathing journey with Conscious Connected Breathwork
Space for integration and journaling
Time to reflect, share and come back to yourself

Who is the workshop suitable for?
For anyone who is curious to encounter themselves more deeply. No previous experience is necessary - you are welcome just as you are. However, please note the conditions of participation and contraindications(see website).
