Contact Impro : Flow free- stay connected // FREIRAUM-Salon #41: After Work Edition

During his guest performance tour through Colombia last autumn, Ben J. Riepe developed a new improvisation technique in several workshops with local dancers. Under the working title "Connected Flow", it combines the feeling of individual physical autonomy with a perception of connectedness in the group, when sometimes in a large group, sometimes in two-person encounters, one reacts to the impulses of the other.
In the after-work session in October, Ben is organizing a workshop that is open to young and old, professionals of all artistic genres and dance-savvy amateurs alike and invites them to try out this improvisation technique together: A sense of community in dance - flow free, stay connected!

ℹ︎ The session is open to everyone and is intended for all ages. Come in comfortable clothes and remember to bring water. Afterwards we invite you to enjoy a drink and a small soulfood snack. The contribution towards expenses for the Contact Impro session is €10.00, reduced €5.00 (for pupils, students, pensioners and people with severe disabilities as well as anyone who is unable to pay a contribution of €10).
