"Così fan tutte: everyone does it like this!" The cynical Don Alfonso doesn't believe in promises of love and vows of fidelity. He makes a bet with two friends and wants to prove to them that their fiancés will be unfaithful to them within a day. Intrigue, games of seduction and confusion of feelings ensue. Mozart's "Così fan tutte" shows a man unstable and lost - in search of friendship and love, in search of himself. The French director Marie-Ève Signeyrole invites 20 couples from Wiesbaden to each performance to take their seats on the stage and experience the theater evening in a special immediacy.
