Creedence Clearwater Revived feat. Johnnie Guitar Williamson is going on another big world tour in 2026! The quartet, graying in honor, will not only present the new live album Big Wheel Keep on Turnin', which was released worldwide on February 7, 2025 via the Megamorephosis label, but also all the great CCR hits, some lesser-known gems - including from the Woodstock performance in 1969, which has never been officially released to this day, and a few surprises.
Creedence Clearwater Revival provided the whole universe at the end of the 60s and beginning of the 70s with hits that had a major influence on the generation of the time and have absolute cult status today. Beautiful and catchy songs brought us the finest rock from California. It rained golden records and this rain seemed unstoppable. The band created true evergreens with their mix of rock'n'roll standards, rough, blues-soaked anthems and the right pinch of country.
The Woodstock legend CCR was considered one of the most successful bands in the world at the time. With hits such as Suzie Q., Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising, Who'll Stop the Rain, Hey Tonight, Have You Ever Seen the Rain and many more, Creedence Clearwater Revived featuring Johnnie Guitar Williamson have been touring the globe again for almost 30 years and have thrilled well over a million visitors in Europe alone in the last decade! The band also celebrated great success with their CD releases, such as the two albums "Live in Sardinia" (2014) and "Live in Europe" (2018 on CD and DVD). The DVD has long since sold out and the CDs are also enjoying huge demand, so a new album followed in February 2025, which the four seasoned musicians recorded in top playing mood during the legendary Woodstock and Beyond World Tour 2024.
