Exciting talks, meet & greets and a live podcast: On Saturday, November 29, 2025, starting at 6:00 pm, CRIME DAY will enter a new round. The true crime magazine stern Crime and the publishers Blanvalet, btb, cbj, Goldmann and Penguin (Penguin Random House publishing group) invite crime fans to an evening of fascinating cases from true crime to fiction.

Visitors to the Kehrwieder Theater can expect a top-class and varied program that will allow them to delve deep into the psychology of perpetrators and victims, both in real crimes and in crime novels. The fifth edition will feature bestselling author Charlotte Link, Hamburg forensic scientist Klaus Püschel, thriller author Romy Hausmann, former head of the police department Jürgen Schmidt, podcaster and YouTuber Maximilian Pollux and forensic psychiatrist Nahlah Saimeh. Other highlights of the program include talks with Elisabeth Herrmann, Bianca Iosivoni, the crime fiction author duo Kester Schlenz and Jan Jepsen as well as a live edition of the true crime podcast "Wahre Verbrechen" with actor Christian Redl.
