DÉSIRÉE OPELA studied comparative literature at the LMU in Munich. From 2014-2016, she was a student on the Master's program at the German Literature Institute in Leipzig. Her novel In Limbo was published by Faber&Faber Verlag in August 2019 and her novel Das Wetter in uns in 2022. FRANZ FERDINAND FURTNER studied German at the LMU in Munich, is an editor at In München Stadtmagazin, bassist in the band Suddenly The Goat and can also be found on various reading stages.
