In the organizer's words:

The two artists encounter each other in their works through the delicacy of lines, exploring structures and interweavings that form and deform into complex beings in their creations.
For them, these structures can be seen on a large and small scale - in nature as well as in society.
The effect connects them both and is processed in their different disciplines independently of each other.

Fréderique Revuz plays with the contrasts made possible by the different thread thicknesses in order to reflect the heterogeneity of feelings and sensations.
Nadine Faulhaber does this by combining lines into forms and structures that are created on impulse.

Revuz objects tell of the tensions between the inside and the outside, of the difficulty of sometimes distinguishing between this outside and inside, and of the incessant back and forth between the two, contradictory and often changeable emotions.
Faulhaber's impulse drawings are an immersion in the moment, an illumination and discovery of impulses, processes and functions, a recognition of connections and discovery of links.

By analyzing textures, they find space for new interpretations through their depiction. It is a search for codes on the surface that suggest deeper connections.
