The fire of the djembe
African drumming
West African rhythms are energetic and explosive. They are made up of the various accompanying rhythms on the djembe, three different bass figures on the doundoun, sangban and kenkeni. The solo djembe plays "on top" with its numerous variations and signals. A day full of inspiration and fun! The workshop is aimed at beginners and advanced players. If you have one, please bring your own instrument.
Time: 10.00 - 14.30 hrs.
