Das Glück im Wald

In the organizer's words:

This year, the Altmühlbühne ensemble is looking for "Happiness in the Forest"

The plot: Paul Gantner(Jürgen Rieger), a farmer dissatisfied with his situation, leaves the work to his wife Leni (Kathrin Schmied) and his daughter Caroline(Lena Moor). He prefers to roam around in the forest, dreaming that this is where he will find happiness. One day, he observes a young couple burying a casket in the forest. He immediately digs it up and takes it home with him. Has he finally found happiness?

The couple, Dora(Tina Sedlmeier) and Ludwig(Thomas Zeller), naturally want the casket back and turn up at the farm. In his distress, Paul persuades his friend Hans(Florian Schöberl) to play the farmer for him. So that he can keep an eye on everything, Paul takes on the role of the stupid farmhand.

An extraordinarily turbulent hunt for the casket begins, in which even a gun and a knife are used. When a second casket suddenly appears, the confusion is complete. A lot has to happen for the final luck.
