Don't be afraid of off-key tunes! In this joint series of events, kom!ma e.V. and the Theatermuseum present Düsseldorf women six times a year who are committed to women's issues in the city in a wide variety of ways. In a wild mixture of talk and a joint karaoke evening, the guests are given the opportunity to introduce themselves and their lives and work. Together with the audience, songs are sung in between that have accompanied the talk guests throughout their lives.

In August, we are looking forward to Britta Gahr. She was born in Dortmund in 1979. After studying human medicine, she began her further training in forensic medicine, after Leipzig and Hanover finally in Düsseldorf, where she gained recognition as a medical specialist. Since the early 2010s, she has headed the forensic medicine outpatient clinic for victims of violence and the third-party funded project iGOBSIS, which is dedicated to the nationwide implementation of confidential forensics in North Rhine-Westphalia. Every year, she and her colleagues take to the stage at the "Forensic Night" and explain the differences between crime stories and reality to non-lawyers. In addition to her professional career, Britta Gahr is a mother of two, a keen sportswoman and a dog lover.
