In the organizer's words:

To celebrate the theater's 40th birthday, co-director Arno Friedrich and Munich author Verena Richter are taking a research trip through the VIEL LÄRM UM NICHTS theater archive and turning it into theater. A play in which relics have their say and tell their (possibly true) stories.
Clear the stage for: the dress never worn on stage, the old lighting desk with no contact to the outside, the old cable that still works, the floor covering that still works but is just lying around (rolled up), the cryptic technical notes, the photo wallpaper with a view of the lake, the stirrup community and their equipment, the two old retired spotlights, the much too heavy steel pipe and its (also much too heavy) relatives, the mystical fog machine family, loud and quiet CDs, cassettes, records, tapes, and much more!
No wallowing in supposedly better, bygone times, but the story of a Munich theater and the question of the current value of art.
