20 years of Das Pack - two decades of noise, charm and chaos from Hamburg

They shred guitar riffs, shake punk through the metal grinder and wrap it all up with a wink: Das Pack celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026 - and with a bang! What began in 2006 as a creative crazy idea in the backyards of Hamburg is now a permanent fixture in the German-speaking rock and festival world.

From small clubs to Wacken, from basement punk to ironically broken stadium moments - Das Pack have never allowed themselves to be pigeonholed. The band around frontman Pensen Paletti (known from the Monsters of Liedermaching) has built up a loyal fan base over the years and remains true to itself to this day: loud, loving, detached.

20 years of madness on tour

The anniversary will be celebrated - with a major tour of Germany under the motto "20 years of chaos with a system", including selected festival appearances and a special home game in Hamburg. The pack promises a live show with full contact charm, classics from two decades, new songs - and of course lots of surprises.

From duo to cult band

Das Pack was originally founded as a duo by Pensen Paletti and Flozze. After Flozze's departure in 2012, the project developed into a permanent live band with changing, top-class line-ups - including Timmey, Albi, Herr Schmidt, Benno and, since 2025, as a duo with the charismatic, exceptional drummer Rosi.

Musically, Das Pack move between metal, punk rock, rock and pop, combined with ironically clever lyrics and an energetic stage presence. Their discography includes five studio albums to date, most recently the acclaimed work "Die Kernseife der Medaille" (2022).

The pack remains uncomfortable - and relevant

Whether social satire, puns or a tribute to bad eating habits - Das Pack sing about life in all its bizarre facets. The tone is often humorous, but always with attitude. Live, they deliver a concert experience that lies somewhere between a wrecking ball and a group hug.
