What to expect:

Warm up together

Stations for a relaxed circuit training. The exercises are deliberately designed to get to know each other.

A new encounter awaits at each station

A balanced number of partners - with small differences, you train briefly for yourself and can use the time to get to know yourself.

You set the pace and intensity, we provide
orientation
VIBE.

After each exercise - a breather and time for a short chat

Dating questions at all stations make it easier for you to have a first conversation

Cool down - a round together at the end
CONNECT.

Concluding with tea and water: time to chat

After the event, we will evaluate the dating card for you - if you are matched, you will receive the contact details by email
