Your ZINE - Your view of Bottrop
free ZINE workshop for teenagers and young adults (16-21 years)

In this workshop you will create your own ZINE (a small 'magazine') - so you will be gluing, cutting, drawing, photographing and photocopying! Marion Höpken accompanies and supports the design, no previous knowledge is necessary and material is available.

In terms of content, the workshop will take the special exhibition on Robert Smithson (from 27.9.) as an opportunity to make your perspective on Bottrop and the surrounding area visible. In the 1970s, Smithson was interested in geological conditions, the interplay between man and nature, industry and the environment. But our view today is probably quite different!

The free workshop comprises four dates (11.9., 18.9., 25.9. and 2.10.) at the museum, each from 16.30-18.30.
The results will be exhibited on October 9 at Abend² in the Museum Center Quadrat.
