Your first period is coming up - or maybe it's already here and you want to prepare for your baby or feel confident talking about sensitive issues during your cycle.

If you have questions like:

• How can we talk about menstruation in a child-friendly way?
• What products are available?
• How do we react to shame, insecurities or taboos?

Then this information evening is just right for you!
In a relaxed atmosphere, you will get a compact overview of the menstrual cycle, supplemented by knowledge about modern menstrual products.

At the end, there will be time for discussion - with other parents, with Lisa, our sexual education specialist - and with your own questions that may have been running around for a while.

This information evening is aimed at anyone who wants to accompany menstruating or soon-to-be menstruating children on the topic of menstruation and body knowledge - regardless of their own gender or family constellation. Whether parent, grandparent or pedagogical caregiver, everyone is welcome.

Lisa is a specialist in sexual education and accompanies children, young people and adults on topics relating to the menstrual cycle, body knowledge and protection concepts.
Her view is practical, warm and honest - just right to break down the taboos and make conversations about periods easier.
