The novelLittle Lord Fauntleroy by Frances H. Burnett has delighted generations of readers since its publication in 1886. The famous 1980 film adaptation is a firm fixture of the Christmas season for many.

In this special stage version, Michael Dreesen tells the story from the perspective of Mr. Hobbs - Cederic's best friend, republican and aristocratic sceptic. With a humorous and ironic eye, he illuminates the characters in the novel, bringing them to life and at the same time emphasizing the story's touching message: love and generosity can warm even a cold heart.
