When you sound like no other band, it's always a challenge to define a musical style for the press, band info and promoters. Too mangy for metal, too melodic for hardcore, too 90s for crossover, too sophisticated for punk rock. The DORKS don't make it easy for us. But that's exactly what makes this band special. The trio hits exactly the perfect mix of the aforementioned genres. And yet it's more than just a mix of different rock music ingredients. It is a fusion of distinctive trademarks such as the melodic and distinctive voice of front woman Lisa, biting but clear German lyrics and this brilliant power on stage. The DORKS are a unit that has established itself as a permanent fixture in recent years.
