Silent Reading

Bring your own book and read together with others in the special atmosphere of Berger Church. For a while, a space is created where nothing matters except stories, fellowship and time to read.

Berger Church is one of the most beautiful places in Düsseldorf. It was consecrated in 1687 as the city's first Lutheran church. There is something very special about reading in this special place and meeting other people.

There are silent reading phases, with time to chat in between - with snacks and drinks in the church and in the wonderful courtyard. An afternoon for everyone who loves books, enjoys reading and would like to share this feeling with lots of others.

And there may even be a few little surprises in store.
