Die immersive Licht- und Videoshow INFINITY - Weltpremiere in Regensburg

In the organizer's words:

Glistening light scans the stone, the ceiling begins to move, boundaries blur. Breathtaking zooms through glowing fog and black holes penetrate the beauty of the geometric shapes in the church interior. Fields of sand and stars bring the walls and vaults to life, mountains grow and disappear - everything seems to be in flux...

The INFINITY illumination is an attempt to make infinity and its own significance tangible in the grand scheme of things through impressive 360° animations set to the music of J. S. Bach.

The light show is celebrating its world premiere in Regensburg and will be shown for the first time in two versions, which open up different experiential spaces:
A narrator accompanies INFINITY - Inspiration with texts by the British philosopher Alan Watts. A story about transience, eternity and the search for meaning. Where do we humans stand in the infinite structure of space and time? What remains when everything passes? And how does the perspective of infinity change our view of life?
INFINITY - Contemplation deliberately dispenses with spoken words. Here it is the impressive 360° animations and music that transform the Minorite Church and open up a space in which the audience can follow their own thoughts and feelings.
