Mr. Kwant can do everything, knows everything, takes care of everything - encyclopedist Theo is delighted with his new acquisition. Soon he can't take a step without his smart companion, who also helps him with his work. His girlfriend Anna, on the other hand, is skeptical at first because Mr. Kwant interferes too much in her private life. But soon friends and colleagues get a taste for it and acquire one of these useful Kwants - with far-reaching consequences, including for Theo.

Philipp Löhle's wonderfully funny satire about the intrusion of the digital into our analog world uses wit and humor to expose the daily absurdities of a high-tech world in which artificial intelligence is celebrating its triumphant advance.
