In this show, characters encounter their everyday struggles - and are never alone. Handmade folding puppets are at their side as cheeky sidekicks: sometimes encouraging, sometimes critical, sometimes poetic companions. The audience gives the show its small and large struggles, from which improvised adventures and small hero's journeys emerge. At the point of return, the characters pause, reflect and venture down new paths. Failure is allowed - because everything can be rethought and replayed. In this way, every evening becomes a unique adventure about the rethinkability of life.

DIE STRUGGLES - The newly created show format by the Bremen improv collective Sona° and the puppeteer Johanna Pätzold.

Sona° is an improv collective from Bremen that is celebrated for its liveliness and depth. For over ten years, the ensemble has been delighting audiences with authentic characters and an interplay that is as close as if it were their own lives.

Puppeteer Johanna Pätzold brings puppets and objects to life with voice, attitude and humor. Her characters are both faithful companions and poetic mirrors - always surprising, always close to the audience.
