Experience a magnificent new production of Carlo Goldoni's "Servant of Two Masters" in John von Düffel's version! The year is 1973 in Pforzheim, where the classic servant Truffaldino now appears as the shrewd "guest worker" Kemal.

In search of work and food, Kemal takes on two jobs at once - and the chaos begins! In a humorous mix of dialects and cultures, he serves a Swedish film producer and a mafioso who is actually his own sister.

Kemal's adventures in the "Zum Goldenen Carlo" inn are peppered with culinary capers and turbulent comedy. The 70s atmosphere, mixed with a subtle examination of the topic of guest workers, makes this production a unique experience.
