Yes, that sounds like LYNT. Party cellar pop made for rocking along and ecstatic dancing with funky guitars and unerring lyrics. LYNT can be found - when they are not on tour - in Leipzig. It was from here that Theresa Elflein aka Elfyn and Marco Pilzecker (Supershirt, Captain Capa) started their wild mix, which sounds like Cyndi Lauper in a Twin Peaks episode, after answering the most basic question "What's your favorite problem?".
Catchy and yet a bit unwieldy? Simply LYNT!
