Drag *KINGS*

In the organizer's words:

Six artists from the fields of photography, video, painting and installation are represented with works on the subject of drag

Most people know drag queens. Drag kings are much less frequently seen on stage. Larry Long from Bielefeld, together with drag son Friedel Fatale and other Kings, has set out to change this. This exhibition focuses on the *KINGS* and has a title dedicated to them. The portagonists from Bielefeld, Münster and other locations take to the stage with humor, a political message and a decided dose of glamour (and punk).

Six artists from the fields of photography, video, painting and installation are represented with works on the theme of drag:

Anja Weber, Anne Coersmeier, Hannah Kinder, Katharina Bosse, Maria Mayland and Martina Minette Dreier.
