Look forward to a colorful, rousing show where music, dance and good humor take center stage!

Enchanting drag queens and charming drag kings will guide you through the afternoon with humor and glitter and invite you to become part of the show yourself: Whether dancing or singing along.

Even before the show starts, you can get to know the drag artists in a relaxed atmosphere, exchange ideas and immerse yourself in the world of drag.

Whether young or old, with family, friends or alone - everyone is welcome!

14:00 - 15:00: Meet & Greet with the Drag Kings and Queens

• Children and interested families meet drag artists

• Opportunity to ask questions and talk to each other

• Educational theater workshop

Aim: Open encounters, mutual respect and getting to know each other through play

15:00 - 17:00: Family-friendly drag show

• Colorful and creative stage show with music, dance, stories and lots of humor

• Age-appropriate content - entertaining, inclusive and with a positive message

• Short breaks and snacks/drinks in between

What is drag and why are we doing a family-friendly drag show?

Drag and travesty are forms of expression of artistic and gender diversity. They play with role models, norms and identities and promote creativity, openness and tolerance. At a time when diversity and inclusion are core social values, drag art helps to break down prejudices and create understanding for different ways of life.

Children grow up in a world where people live and love differently. Drag can help to teach openness and respect for diversity at an early age.

Drag thrives on imagination, costumes, music and expression - elements that fascinate many children anyway.
Early encounters with different realities of life strengthen social skills and help to counteract discrimination.
