After the disappearance of the GDR, Andreas Goldstein filmed on the trotting track in East Berlin. The paint is peeling off the grandstand benches, a horse in a horse walker. "What was I looking for here - the last image of my country?" Goldstein confronts his own memories with archive footage from East and West German television: Honecker drunk at the Leipzig Trade Fair, demonstrations, the opening of the border. Blanks remain. Contradictions unfold. An inventory of memory that raises questions.
