We are entering the last month of the year. We are preparing for winter, for silence, for listening, for slowing down.

We invite you to dance with us. As an impulse, I will bring lightness and joy to our dance. Bring your intentions, bring your energy to the dance floor, just as you are.

Maybe we'll do a singing circle at the end. I think it's really nice when we sing together.

Important information:
- You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to arrive and connect with others - we do our best to start on time, so please don't come late.
- Onion principle: Dress so that you can take something off if you get warm.
- You can dress however you feel comfortable - anything is welcome. If you are too warm, you can also go topless.
- Please don't take all your clothes onto the dance floor - we have changing rooms.
- Bring a water bottle.

There is no technique or set steps.
This means that the dancers are completely free to move and express their movement impulses.

Together we create a space of trust and a safe place where we can simply be who we are - a little break from everyday life.
