Ecstatic Dance Journey with Desert Dervish

In the ceremonial opening we bring the spirit back into the body.

With breath, grounding, heart opening, Primal Movement and moments of genuine encounter, a field is created in which you can feel yourself again.

The musical journey is sometimes gentle, sometimes wild, sometimes unexpected - and opens up inner spaces that arise from pure spontaneity. Everyone dances their own way, and yet a common pulse emerges.

In the closing, everything sinks back inside.

Deep relaxation, sound and reflection give the experience a grounding. What has moved is allowed to land - in the heart, in the body, in the nervous system.

It is a ritual of remembrance:

of liveliness, presence, devotion and the space behind the thoughts.

Those who come bring themselves with them - and find more in return.
