Ecstatic DAY

Dear Community,

We are pleased to present you the 3rd edition of our legendary ECSTATIC DAY. Our small indoor day festival will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026 in the Haus der Volksarbeit in the middle of Frankfurt.

Look forward to a beautiful day in community, with great workshops, creative offers, singing circle and of course Ecstatic Dance.

Basically, a few universal agreements apply at Ecstatic Dance:

• We dance sober and without the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants
• We refrain from speaking during the music
• We are mindful of each other and respect the boundaries of the other dancers
• We dance barefoot or with socks

As always, we provide snacks and tea for you - feel free to bring your water bottle and optionally a cup. And very important: bring warm clothes, thick socks and everything you need to feel comfortable.
