Eddi is a pop songwriter; Tobi gives him a hard time. A former wise guy and the former piano teacher of his children: a concert that awakens the spirit of life.

With his new album "Im Ernstfall locker bleiben", pop singer-songwriter Eddi Hüneke (formerly of the Wise Guys) invites us to celebrate serenity even in stormy times.

In his fourth solo album, Eddi Hüneke unfolds his powerful philosophy of life and envelops his listeners with his unmistakably warm voice. His music is like a best friend who tells you: "The time has come to trust again" - a passage from one of the new songs. In it, he calls for real connections and interpersonal bridges to be built again.

Tobi Hebbelmann also accompanies Eddi with virtuosity on the piano in the new program. Tobi's spontaneous spoken contributions are almost even more striking. But who likes to be reminded that he is almost twenty years older? Eddi also pokes fun at his stage partner - sometimes it feels like being in the living room of an old married couple.

The two of them make music for "dream foam surfers" and for all those who have always wanted to dance a "gingerbread samba". Their songs oscillate between pop, rock and chanson in a wonderfully catchy way, carried by Eddi's inimitable voice.

Thousands of fans have come to love his singing and his musicality with the Wise Guys. The Cologne a cappella band that Eddi Hüneke founded in 1990 together with four classmates. The ensemble has won five gold records and an Echo with its witty vocal performances. And together they have rocked more than 3,000 concerts - the

largest in front of 70,000 spectators. Since 2018, Eddi Hüneke has been touring solo as a pop singer-songwriter. An approachable and captivating entertainer. A guy who gives us a subtle look at life. Who lets people be who they are. And who cheers them on and amuses them at the same time.

Tobi Hebbelmann

Tobi Hebbelmann is a passionate pianist and accompanist. He is a lecturer in piano improvisation at the Cologne University of Music, plays regularly on the TV show "Mitternachtsspitzen" and with the Springmaus ensemble and is currently making a name for himself as "Papa Müsli" with songs for children. Hebbelmann has two children and lives in Cologne.
