Eddi Hüneke and Marc Sahr (Sari) go on tour again in 2025 with pianist Tobi Hebbelmann

After the era of the successful a cappella band Wise Guys 1990-2017, founding members Eddi Hüneke and Marc Sahr (Sari) are returning to the stage in 2025 for their fourth tour together.

They will be joined by their congenial pianist and third co-singer Tobi Hebbelmann. In addition to the musical variety, the trio's recipe for success is based above all on the playful interaction during their performances. "The chemistry between us is just right, you notice our joy of playing straight away - on stage and as an audience member," emphasizes Eddi Hüneke.

The new program promises an exciting combination of songs written especially for this tour, such as "Die Bundesagentur für Albernheit" or "Musik im Raum", and selected cover versions - and one or two Wise Guys hits are not to be missed. This makes every show an unforgettable experience where the focus is on having fun.

Eddi, Sari and Tobi inspire with their varied arrangements. The audience can look forward to three-part singing, accompanied by piano and guitar as well as a cappella. "We don't just make the music sound; we live it on stage," says Sari, describing the trio's philosophy. Musical content is complemented by personal anecdotes and charming exchanges.

In their joint single "Wir sind Freunde", the two founding members of the Wise Guys present their more than 30 years of friendship and stage experience. The melancholy retrospective of the song "Weißt du noch" brings back memories of a youth full of music. The 2025 tour will take the three artists to churches, an environment that fits perfectly with the concept of shared musical experience and singing together: "Three voices for a hallelujah". For the fourth time since the a cappella band Wise Guys disbanded in 2017, founding members Eddi Hüneke and Marc Sahr (Sari) will be touring together again in 2025. "Making music with Eddi and Tobi is a great pleasure for me," says Sari. While Eddi has been performing solo and together with Tobi since the beginning of 2018, Sari had retired from the big stage. Eddi Hüneke's fourth solo album "Im Ernstfall locker bleiben" was released on September 20, 2024.
