Regina Steegmüller and Dieter Scheithe dedicate themselves to the life and work of Edith Piaf in a musical-literary evening. Based on her autobiography and unforgotten chansons such as "La vie en rose", "Milord" and "Non, je ne regrette rien", they paint a touching portrait of the grande dame of French chanson.

Between passion, longing and the insatiable search for love, a cheerful and melancholy journey of discovery is created. With dialog, music and an excerpt from the play "Der schöne Teilnahmslose", Piaf's life becomes tangible in all its highs and lows - an evening full of emotion that makes the timeless power of her songs palpable.
