This workshop is aimed at anyone who would like to get to know meditation or deepen their existing practice. Together we will address the questions: What is meditation and what benefits does it have in everyday life?
During the afternoon, we will practise prepared techniques, talk about possible obstacles and ways to overcome them. Different sitting postures will be tried out to find the right position for everyone. Several guided meditations of around 15 minutes each alternate with relaxation exercises and opportunities to share experiences.
The result is a varied workshop with a mixture of theory, practical tips and personal practice.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing If available, bring a yoga mat and/or a meditation cushion.
