Eingeschlossene Gesellschaft" - an award-winning story - will be presented as a play at the Ruhrfestspielhaus on October 31 at 7:30 pm.

It all begins when the son is one point short of his school-leaving certificate. Of course, the father finds no better solution than to take the teachers hostage with a gun...!

Fabian Prohaska is missing one point for admission to the Abitur. Just a single point! Fabian's father, Manfred Prohaska, can't believe it. One Friday afternoon, he storms the staff room. Five teachers are still present, all five are already mentally at the weekend and therefore show little interest in the angry father's concerns. Manfred Prohaska sees red and pulls out a gun. What follows is a highly entertaining chamber play of the first order. Father Prohaska gives the arrogant crammers exactly one hour for an impromptu grading conference, the outcome of which is already clear to him: Fabian is to receive this point and with it admission to the Abitur. But Manfred Prohaska has not reckoned with the teachers. His "hostages" don't behave the way you would expect them to.
