Bernard is 48, single, trapped in his job - and convinced that he has missed his life. After a failed suicide attempt in a car accident, he wants to jump out of the window. There's a knock at the door and a strange man with a gun stands in front of him - who turns out to be a strangely quirky interlocutor. In ludicrous dialogs, Bernard learns that the would-be killer is none other than Death himself, who accompanies the candidates to the afterlife. But Death has made a mistake on the floor...

Matthieu Delaporte, born in 1971, shines with intelligent comedies and pointed dialog. Together with Alexandre de La Patellière, he landed sensational successes such as "The First Name" and "The Farewell Dinner", which we also performed with great success at Dortmunder U in 2022.
