Elbphilharmonie Jazz Academy Reloaded

The Elbphilharmonie Jazz Academy took place for the third time in August 2025. Selected by an expert jury, young jazz talents on their way to a professional career once again received a week of coaching under the direction of Donny McCaslin and other renowned musicians and lecturers. The Academy culminated in a joint concert, which is now returning to the Elbphilharmonie's Great Hall: in three ensembles, the academy participants and their mentors will present the results of the workshops and coaching sessions and celebrate musical togetherness in jazz just as vividly as last summer.
