Elderwind is an atmospheric black metal and dark ambient band formed in 2009, known for their nature-based lyrics and melodies, characterized by heavy tremolo guitars, slow percussion instruments, ambient keyboards, piano melodies and nature sounds, often offering a mix of solemnity and eerie atmosphere, as can be heard on albums such as The Magic of Nature (2012), The Colder the Night (2018) and Fires (2021).

The band was formed to discover the serene and majestic sounds of nature, to capture the emotions of man and to connect our souls with the divine world.
