The trio around Mikel Bluni (g/v), Joachim Burger (b) and Klaus Rothenstein (dr), is a passionate tribute to Jimi Hendrix and dedicates itself musically entirely to the work of the "greatest guitarist of all time".

The band can now look back on more than 100 performances and transports its audience perfectly back to the flower power era of the Golden Sixties! Their authentic versions of all the hits of the Jimi Hendrix Experience/Band of Gypsys are reminiscent of the psychedelic festivals in Monterey, Woodstock and Fehmarn'70.

Mikel Bluni knows how to enrich the songs with little insider anecdotes and bring the audience closer to the artist Jimi Hendrix personally.

The matching longplayer (vinyl and CD) "Jimi's Legacy" was released in 2021.

Mikel Bluni (composer for the Olympic Games, among others) is considered one of Germany's experts on the subject of Jimi Hendrix, on and off the guitar. In addition to Electric Voodooland, Joachim Burger also plays with Craving Hands, the best-known Tom Petty tribute band in North Rhine-Westphalia. Klaus Rothenstein ( BDL and others) has been a local great in rock, southern and blue rock for over 40 years.
All three musicians have extensive professional musical expertise.
